- How to make fast offers and follow up.

- Answer all person question and get ready for the weeks ahead.

Week 2 - 6...

Live accountability calls - Focusing on each individual scorecard and making changes accordingly to get the best results possible.

- You must be able to attend the accountability calls every week for 6 week.

- You must be able to make decisions, be motivated to take your business to the next level and take MASSIVE ACTION.

- You need to speak with 5 sellers a day and make 3+ offers a day.

- You must have at least $1000+ to spend on marketing.

- If you don't understand Wholesaling or lease options this isn't for you. (Remember, all you need to focus on is Steps 1-2. We will partner with you and help you with steps 3-8.)

- If you work 60-80 hours a week and you can't make time, this isn't for you.

- If you are the type of person that won't take action and makes excuses then this isn't for you.

- If you don't have any money to invest in your business this isn't for you.

- Talk to 5 sellers every day (5 days a week)

- Make 3 offers every day (5 days a week)

If you DO NOT do a deal in 6 weeks or have a scheduled closing you will get your money back.
