This is NOT just about coaching or mentoring. We wholesaled 6 properties last week - and we want to do more deals.

My team and I are looking for several select partners that we can personally work with to open new markets and launch a complete wholesaling and lease options business from scratch.

If you’re struggling to get your business off the ground or just tired of trying to do this alone, then this may be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

You’ll be working with me and my team personally… that means visiting my office in St Louis, where we will setup all your systems and schedule out all your marketing for you. You will be getting on the phone with us regularly each week, and perhaps even daily, to successfully do deals in your market.

The number of individuals that we can work with in each market is extremely limited, so this is strictly on first come, first served basis.
We will personally help you set up the ENTIRE wholesaling and lease options business systems and marketing...
  • Schedule a personal office visit with me and my team in St Louis. While you are here, we will do our marketing research, create a marketing plan, and then implement it. This is by far one of the most valuable aspects of our program (and something NO ONE else is doing…)
  •  Get all your systems up and running (buyer and seller websites, CRM database, phone systems, direct mail campaigns, cold calling systems, Craigslist and Zillow scraping, etc).
  •  Research your market- find exactly where the demand is, build an active buyers list, find the best sellers to mail to.
  •  Create & implement a solid marketing plan which will get your phone ringing in weeks.
  •  Pull our unique seller lists for direct-mail, cold calling, voice blasts, etc
  •  Hire your first Virtual Assistant - who can help you with the marketing, updating the CRM, pull comps and property details, send follow up offers and letters to sellers, add sellers to email autoresponders, send voiceblasts to old leads, etc.
  •  Cash Buyers & Access to Our Cash - You will get access to our national database of cash buyers, as well as our transactional funds if you need it to close one of your deals.
  •  Support - Provide hands-on coaching and sales training to structure offers and close deals. You’ll be working personally with us… speaking regularly… and definitely communicating via text and Voxer… 
  •  Join our weekly group coaching calls & premium private Facebook group.
  •  And anything else that is required to get your business up and running.
(NOTE: Our marketing strategies and systems are what is working in today’s market. These are the same tools that we are using in our own business today to wholesale 6 properties in the last 2 weeks. We know they work and we only share them with our partners.)
(Under Our Guidance And Supervision)
  •  Review new seller leads as they come in 
  •  Call seller leads back immediately 
  •  Make appointments with owners to look at properties and take photos/videos 
  •  Make offers on all your leads
  •  Follow up with the sellers
  •  Network with cash buyers & update your buyer databases
  •  Follow up on future potential deals 
  •  Our goal is to help you only focus on what gives you the best return on your time and money: talking to sellers and making offers - not the marketing and techie stuff.
  • You must be a FAST IMPLEMENTER. We only want to work with someone who will be QUICK to implement what they learn. If you’re one who is afraid to take decisive, massive action- or one who has to have all their questions & “what ifs” answered first because you’re afraid to make a mistake, then DO NOT apply. We want a “ Ready, Fire, Aim” person.
  •  You must be willing and able to devote at least 3-4 hours a day to doing real estate.
  •  Good communication skills are a must.
  •  If you’re the type of person that needs extreme hand holding and that needs to have everything spelled out for you in excruciating details then this is NOT for you.
  •  (We’re not looking to be baby-sitters. We’re looking for entrepreneurs.)
This partnership will require an investment from you in the following:
  • Marketing & Systems - you must have a marketing budget of at least $5,000 for 3 months to get this started. We like to schedule all the marketing out for 3 months the to make sure we stay consistent. 
  •  “Are you Serious” Deposit – You will have to pay a reasonable fee up front to show us your serious, and to compensate us for doing all the work of setting up the business for you. You will get this credited back over the first 2 deals. 
  •  The reason for this fee is to make sure you’re serious and you’re not going to waste our time and perhaps disappear after one month.
  •  This fee is in addition to the marketing money that you will need as indicated above.
  •  We do not guarantee results, nor are we making any income claims.
  •  This “Are You Serious” deposit is significant. But you should be able to make all that money back in your first 2-3 deals. You should look at this fee as an investment that is only a small percentage of what you should be making every year.
  •  If you are pinching pennies, this is probably not for you. We are looking for serious players that have money to invest.
